JFK (Kennedy) on Taxes

Income Tax Cut, JFK Hopes To Spur Economy 1962/8/13

“It is a paradoxical truth that tax rates are too high and tax revenues are too low and the soundest way to raise the revenues in the long run is to cut the rates now … Cutting taxes now is not to incur a budget deficit, but to achieve the more prosperous, expanding economy which can bring a budget surplus.”
“Lower rates of taxation will stimulate economic activity and so raise the levels of personal and corporate income as to yield within a few years an increased – not a reduced – flow of revenues to the federal government.”
“In today’s economy, fiscal prudence and responsibility call for tax reduction even if it temporarily enlarges the federal deficit – why reducing taxes is the best way open to us to increase revenues.”
“It is no contradiction – the most important single thing we can do to stimulate investment in today’s economy is to raise consumption by major reduction of individual income tax rates.”
JFK smoking a cigar
“Our tax system still siphons out of the private economy too large a share of personal and business purchasing power and reduces the incentive for risk, investment and effort – thereby aborting our recoveries and stifling our national growth rate.”
“A tax cut means higher family income and higher business profits and a balanced federal budget. Every taxpayer and his family will have more money left over after taxes for a new car, a new home, new conveniences, education and investment. Every businessman can keep a higher percentage of his profits in his cash register or put it to work expanding or improving his business, and as the national income grows, the federal government will ultimately end up with more revenues.”
“I have asked the secretary of the treasury to report by April 1 on whether present tax laws may be stimulating in undue amounts the flow of American capital to the industrial countries abroad through special preferential treatment.”
“In those countries where income taxes are lower than in the United States, the ability to defer the payment of U.S. tax by retaining income in the subsidiary companies provides a tax advantage for companies operating through overseas subsidiaries that is not available to companies operating solely in the United States. Many American investors properly made use of this deferral in the conduct of their foreign investment.”
JFK with cigar
“Our present tax system … exerts too heavy a drag on growth … It reduces the financial incentives for personal effort, investment, and risk-taking … The present tax load … distorts economic judgments and channels an undue amount of energy into efforts to avoid tax liabilities.”
“The present tax codes … inhibit the mobility and formation of capital, add complexities and inequities which undermine the morale of the taxpayer, and make tax avoidance rather than market factors a prime consideration in too many economic decisions.”
“In short, it is a paradoxical truth that … the soundest way to raise the revenues in the long run is to cut the rates now. The experience of a number of European countries and Japan have borne this out. This country’s own experience with tax reduction in 1954 has borne this out. And the reason is that only full employment can balance the budget, and tax reduction can pave the way to that employment. The purpose of cutting taxes now is not to incur a budget deficit, but to achieve the more prosperous, expanding economy which can bring a budget surplus.”
“The largest single barrier to full employment of our manpower and resources and to a higher rate of economic growth is the unrealistically heavy drag of federal income taxes on private purchasing power, initiative and incentive.”
JFK with cigar
“Expansion and modernization of the nation’s productive plant is essential to accelerate economic growth and to improve the international competitive position of American industry … An early stimulus to business investment will promote recovery and increase employment.”
“We must start now to provide additional stimulus to the modernization of American industrial plants … I shall propose to the Congress a new tax incentive for businesses to expand their normal investment in plant and equipment.”
“A bill will be presented to the Congress for action next year. It will include an across-the-board, top-to-bottom cut in both corporate and personal income taxes. It will include long-needed tax reform that logic and equity demand … The billions of dollars this bill will place in the hands of the consumer and our businessmen will have both immediate and permanent benefits to our economy. Every dollar released from taxation that is spent or invested will help create a new job and a new salary. And these new jobs and new salaries can create other jobs and other salaries and more customers and more growth for an expanding American economy.”
“This administration pledged itself last summer to an across-the-board, top-to-bottom cut in personal and corporate income taxes … Next year’s tax bill should reduce personal as well as corporate income taxes, for those in the lower brackets, who are certain to spend their additional take-home pay, and for those in the middle and upper brackets, who can thereby be encouraged to undertake additional efforts and enabled to invest more capital … I am confident that the enactment of the right bill next year will in due course increase our gross national product by several times the amount of taxes actually cut.”

Ian Hunter, The Weapon Guitar

This guitar is owned by the legendary "Ian Hunter" of "Mott The Hoople" and the "Hunter/Ronson Band". This "H" themed guitar is a one of a kind that was built for Ian by Tokai and seen in the video "All the good ones are taken". Then it was off to the Hard Rock Cafe in Osaka Japan where it has lived for several years. Ian did a concert at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year and stopped by to visit Mick Ronson's Les Paul that Rick Tedesco has there. This set off a light bulb in the head for Howard Kramer, a big Mott fan and also the man responsible for the guitar exhibits at the R&RHOF who talked to Ian about this guitar. It is on it's way to Cleveland to be put on display there.

This guitar features 2, 6 string neck's...one for alternate open tunings that Ian uses on many songs and one for regular tuning, 2, 3 position selector switches, 4 Humbucking pickup's, 2 Rosewood fret boards, Dot inlay's, Chrome hardware, White color.

Kennedy and Humphrey on Guns

Hubert Humphrey, Democrat, Guns Magazine February 1960.

“Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. This is not to say that firearms should not be very carefully used and that definite safety rules of precaution should not be taught and enforced. But the right of citizens to bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against a tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to be always possible.”

John Kennedy, Democrat, Guns Magazine April 1960.

“By calling attention to ‘a well regulated militia,’ the ‘security’ of the nation, and the right of each citizen ‘to keep and bear arms,’ our founding fathers recognized the essentially civilian nature of our economy. Although it is extremely unlikely that the fears of governmental tyranny which gave rise to the Second Amendment will ever be a major danger to our nation, the Amendment still remains an important declaration of our basic civilian-military relationships, in which every citizen must be ready to participate in the defense of his country. For that reason I believe the Second Amendment will always be important.”

BENGHAZI REPORT LEADS TO NEW CRITICISM OF STATE DEPARTMENT

“The Board recognizes that poor performance does not ordinarily constitute a breach of duty that would serve as a basis for disciplinary action but is instead addressed through the performance management system. However, the Board is of the view that findings of unsatisfactory leadership performance by senior officials in relation to the security incident under review should be a potential basis for discipline recommendations by future ARBs, and would recommend a revision of Department regulations or amendment to the relevant statute to this end.”

SECOND GRADE TEACHER SICK AND TIRED OF ‘ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL CURRICULUM’ FEARLESSLY QUITS JOB ON YOUTUBE

Stephen Round, fed up with being forced to teach students how to be “good test-takers” instead of “lifelong learners,” tendered his resignation in a video posted on YouTube.

“It was purely frustration. It got the point where I can’t stand by and watch kids not learn, and I have the key to help them.” he said, reading from the letter. “They want us to follow the book to the letter.”

“The school system in which I had so much pride drastically changed. Rather than creating lifelong learners, our new goal is to create good test-takers. Rather than being the recipients of a rewarding and enjoyable educational experience, our students are now relegated to experiencing a confining and demeaning education.”

Education is based on the “misguided notions of ‘educrats.’”

He no longer wanted to “be part of a system that is diametrically opposed to everything I believe education should be.”

“I’ve had it. I quit.”

1st Amendment Dies with School Shooting: Questioning Official Story

Initial reports that a “second gunman” arrested in the woods behind the school was involved in the massacre were later dropped without explanation.

Why Former Sen. Chuck Hagel Should Not Be the nation’s next defense secretary.

•    In August 2006, Hagel was one of only 12 Senators who refused to write the EU asking them to declare Hezbollah a terrorist organization.
•    In October 2000, Hagel was one of only 4 Senators who refused to sign a Senate letter in support of Israel.
•    In November 2001, Hagel was one of only 11 Senators who refused to sign a letter urging President Bush not to meet with the late Yasir Arafat until his forces ended the violence against Israel.
•    In December 2005, Hagel  was one of only 27 who refused to sign a letter to President Bush to pressure the Palestinian Authority to ban terrorist groups from participating in Palestinian legislative elections.
•    In June 2004, Hagel refused to sign a letter urging President Bush to highlight Iran’s nuclear program at the G-8 summit.
•    And here’s what the anti-Israel group, CAIR wrote in praise of Hagel: “Potential presidential candidates for 2008, like Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Joe Biden and Newt Gingrich, were falling all over themselves to express their support for Israel. The only exception to that rule was Senator Chuck Hagel…” [Council on American-Islamic Relations, 8/28/06]
•    In 2009, “Hagel signed a letter urging Obama to open direct negotiations with Hamas…”
•    In 2007 Hagel wanted to open direct, unconditional talks with Iran. (“It could create a historic new dynamic in US-Iran relations, in part forcing the Iranians to react to the possibility of better relations with the West.”) In 2007 he voted against designating the Iranian Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization.”
•    In 2008, Hagel single-handedly killed an Iran sanctions bill in the waning days of the congressional session. (The bill in question was actually sponsored by then-Senator Obama!)

Obama let school security funds lapse

Obama administration and Congress quietly let federal funding for several key school security programs lapse in the name of budget savings. Two Justice Department programs that had provided more than $200 million to schools for training, security equipment and police resources over the last decade weren't renewed in 2011 and 2012, and that a separate program that provided $800 million to put police officers inside the schools was ended a few years earlier. Meanwhile, the administration eliminated funding in 2011-12 for a separate Education Department program that gave money to schools to prepare for mass tragedies, the officials said.

Updated: John Kerry as New Secretary of Disloyalty

Senate Confirms Kerry

After returning from honorable and decorated service, Kerry joined the Vietnam Veterans Against the War in which he served as a nationally recognized spokesperson and as an outspoken opponent of the Vietnam war.

During that period, he appeared before the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs where he deemed United States war policy in Vietnam to be the cause of "war crimes". On April 22, 1971, Kerry became the first Vietnam veteran to testify before Congress about the war, when he appeared before a Senate committee hearing on proposals relating to ending the war. He was still a member of the United States Navy Reserve, holding the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade. Wearing green fatigues and service ribbons, he spoke for nearly two hours with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in what has been named the Fulbright Hearings, after the Chairman of the proceedings, Senator J. W. Fulbright. Kerry began with a prepared speech, in which he presented the conclusions of the Winter Soldier Investigation, and then went on to address larger policy issues.

Winter Soldier Investigation (1971) - US War Crimes in Vietnam P1

The name "Winter Soldier Investigation" was proposed by Mark Lane, and was derived from Thomas Paine's first Crisis paper, written in December 1776. When future Senator John Kerry, then a decorated Lieutenant in the Naval Reserve (Inactive), later spoke before a Senate Committee, he explained,
"We who have come here to Washington have come here because we feel we have to be winter soldiers now. We could come back to this country; we could be quiet; we could hold our silence; we could not tell what went on in Vietnam, but we feel because of what threatens this country, the fact that the crimes threaten it, not reds, and not redcoats but the crimes which we are committing that threaten it, that we have to speak out."

The day after the Fulbright testimony, Kerry participated in a demonstration with thousands of other veterans in which he and other veterans threw their medals

and ribbons over a fence erected at the front steps of the United States Capitol building to dramatize their opposition to the war. Jack Smith, a Marine, read a statement explaining why the veterans were returning their military awards to the government. For more than two hours, almost 1000 angry veterans tossed their medals, ribbons, hats, jackets, and military papers over the fence. Each veteran gave his or her name, hometown, branch of service and a statement. Kerry threw some of his decorations as well as some given to him by other veterans to throw. As Kerry threw his decorations over the fence, his statement was: "I'm not doing this for any violent reasons, but for peace and justice, and to try and make this country wake up once and for all." The documentary film Sir! No Sir! includes archival footage of Kerry at the demonstration: he is one of several young men seen throwing things over the fence.

The photograph shows a man sitting hunched on the lawn near the Capitol, his head bowed. Sitting beside him is a woman.

The picture, in "The New Soldier," a book of photographs and essays about the April 1971 antiwar protest in Washington, is of John Kerry.

The woman comforting him is Julia Thorne, Kerry's first wife. The photograph was taken just minutes after veterans tossed their war decorations over a wood-and-wire fence erected to keep protesters off the Capitol steps.

Kerry was overcome with emotion at the time. Both David Thorne, Julia's brother and one of Kerry's best friends, and George Butler, the documentary filmmaker [and another of Kerry's lifelong friends since Yale] who took the picture, recall him being in tears. He had come to Washington to try to wake America up about the Vietnam War, and he had returned ribbons commemorating war heroism [that] he was proud of [in order] to make a statement.

Because Kerry was a decorated veteran who took a stand against the government's official position, he was frequently interviewed by broadcast and print media. He was able to use these occasions to bring the themes of his Senate testimony to a wider audience.

For example, Kerry appeared more than once on The Dick Cavett Show on ABC television. On one Cavett program (June 30, 1971), in debating John O'Neill, Kerry argued that some of the policies instituted by the U. S. military leaders in Vietnam, such as free-fire zones and burning noncombatants' houses, were contrary to the laws of war. In the Washington Star newspaper (June 6, 1971), he recounted how he and other Swift boat officers had become disillusioned by the contrast between what the leaders told them and what they saw: "That's when I realized I could never remain silent about the realities of the war in Vietnam."
On NBC's Meet The Press in 1971, Kerry was asked whether he had personally committed atrocities in Vietnam. He responded:
“There are all kinds of atrocities, and I would have to say that, yes, yes, I committed the same kind of atrocities as thousands of other soldiers have committed in that I took part in shootings in free fire zones. I conducted harassment and interdiction fire. I used 50 calibre machine guns, which we were granted and ordered to use, which were our only weapon against people. I took part in search and destroy missions, in the burning of villages. All of this is contrary to the laws of warfare, all of this is contrary to the Geneva Conventions and all of this is ordered as a matter of written established policy by the government of the United States from the top down. And I believe that the men who designed these, the men who designed the free fire zone, the men who ordered us, the men who signed off the air raid strike areas, I think these men, by the letter of the law, the same letter of the law that tried Lieutenant Calley, are war criminals.”
Kerry's prominence also made him a frequent leader and spokesman at antiwar events around the country in 1971. One of particular note was Operation POW, organized by the VVAW in Massachusetts. The protest got its name from the group's concern that Americans were prisoners of the Vietnam War, as well as to honor American POWs held captive by North Vietnam.
The event sought to tie antiwar activism to patriotic themes. Over the Memorial Day weekend, veterans and other participants marched from Concord to a rally on Boston Common. The plan was to invoke the spirit of the American Revolution and Paul Revere by spending successive nights at the sites of the Battle of Lexington and Concord and the Battle of Bunker Hill, culminating in a Memorial Day rally with a public reading of the Declaration of Independence.
The second night of the march, May 29, 1971, was the occasion for Kerry's only arrest, when the participants tried to camp on the village green in Lexington. At 2:30 a. m. on May 30, 1971, local and state police awoke and arrested 441 demonstrators, including Kerry, for trespassing. All were given the Miranda Warning and were hauled away on school buses to spend the night at the Lexington Public Works Garage. Kerry and the other protesters later paid a $5 fine, and were released. The mass arrests caused a community backlash and ended up giving positive coverage to the VVAW.
Kerry eventually quit the organization over differences with its more radical leaders and members. Kerry has been criticized during his political campaigns about his antiwar activities with VVAW, inspiring the widely-used political pejorative "swiftboating."

12. Plan by members of VVAW to assassinate two of the national leaders of VVAW reported from the Pittsburgh PA FBI office.
13. VVAW had a plan to kidnap US leaders and hold them for ransom to force US to withdraw out troops from Vietnam. Not unlike the terrorist today!
14. On 1/21/72 some VVAW members had a meeting with William C. Frey who stated that is was associated with Revolutionary movements in South America. The Guatemalan police wanted Mr. Frey at that time. Later trown out of Guatemala for being a Communist!
And there is an article that proves Kerry was still with the VVAW as a leader as late as Feb. 1972.

As the presidential campaign of 2004 developed, approximately 200 Vietnam veterans formed the group Swift Boat Veterans for Truth (SBVT), subsequently renamed Swift Vets and POWs for Truth, which held press conferences, ran ads and endorsed a book questioning Kerry's service record and his military awards. The group included several members of Kerry's unit, such as Larry Thurlow, who commanded a swift boat alongside of Kerry's, and Stephen Gardner, who served on Kerry's boat.

Who Was the Second Suspect in the Newton Shooting? Compare to Beslan, Russian Tragedy and Putin with Obama

The Sandy Hook Shooting - Fully Exposed

Rob Dew from Infowars:

ALEX JONES: Sandy Hook 2nd Shooter Cover Up [INFOWARS Nightly News]

“The Sandy Hook Shooting – Fully Exposed”

Supposedly, questions that people raised are debunked by the debunkers. Here is The Blaze quote:
"The Newtown Bee, a local outlet, reported that a law enforcement official told them that the man seen in the woods had a gun and was nearby the school. He was apparently an off-duty tactical squad police officer from a nearby area."
Oh, saw the Newton Bee said so. Is this a major news outlet? No, it is a local outlet. Any journalist can do a good job but this is a major story; shouldn't better and more credible news outlets verify information? Then, "a law enforcement official" states a fact. Does the official have a name? They might, but the Bee does not tell us. Moreover, there is a "man seen in the woods." He was "apparently" an off-duty officer. Apparently? How is that apparent? And, does he have a name too? We are not told. So much for debunking.
The Blaze continues:
"Also, Chris Manfredonia, the father of a 6-year-old student at the school, was handcuffed briefly by police after he ran around the school in an effort to find his daughter. And another unidentified man was briefly detained, but later released when he was found to be an innocent bystander."
I address Manfredonia elsewhere but we have yet another unidentified person.
None of The Blaze's points address why even a tactical law officer would be running around in the woods as the clip from the scene shows.
The second suspect has not been debunked at all.
On the issue of firearms, this is not as crucial. According to the official line now, the shooter left a shotgun in the car, but he had three other weapons that were brought into the school – a Bushmaster AR-15 rifle, a Glock 10 mm and a Sig Sauer 9 mm (the latter two are handguns). The fourth weapon – the shotgun was left in the car.
This is plausible but unwieldy and it could hint at, without stating anything definitive, that another suspect was involved. One person handling three weapons though does seem like a stretch.
Some of the other points appear minor, the issue about the nurse for example and these details can always be clarified as information is sorted out.
The affect of the parents is too subjective and I would argue that it is not conclusive. People grieve in their own way and in their own time. The evidence here is inconclusive.
The Child Security event planned for the day is also inconclusive; it is just odd given the fact that security events just coincidentally have occurred with other tragedies. Various States warn about ominous events and in that way your need for them may increase. Odd, but inconclusive, is my assessment.
Memorial pages and time stamps online are easily wrong; it is just disconcerting that so many pages are days off. Odd, but I would also note that this evidence is inconclusive.
Those questioning eye witness accounts have noted Gene Rosen's story about discovering the children in his driveway which changed and evolved during various appearances. While in some interviews he described the six kids sitting with a female bus driver, in at least one other account, he described a male adult talking harshly to the children, the video proclaims. I would discount his acting abilities but he also only reports the unidentified bus driver and the harsh man. Does anyone in this story have names? The troubling part of his evolving story is why did the driver drop the kids off? Who is the harsh man? We don't find out through news stories.
The crisis actors claims would make more sense if definitive identities are revealed but no one can corroborate who is whom in the story.
In short, The Blaze or no one else has adequately addressed the issues. The most troublesome remains the second suspect running and apprehended in the woods. At the very least, the news media should be able to ascertain his name and identify him. Thereafter, they can verify his officer status, and finally, address the issue of why he was running away from the school.

Who is the "second suspect? A parent, but if so, why would he run into the woods? He allegedly was telling parents that he did not shoot. In this small, tightly-knit community, no one knew him or if his child attended the school?
I would hope the surveillance camera video would get released from the school so we could see how many suspects were actually there, and where.

A witness to the aftermath of the terrible school shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Connecticut on December 14th described police cuffing a man in camouflage pants and a dark jacket who was walked past him, and who looked at gathered parents and told them that he wasn’t responsible for the shooting. At the time the witness was interviewed by CBS News, the man he described was not far away. In fact, he was sitting in the front of a police car that was nearby.
Witness: I saw them walk a guy earlier with handcuffs…he walked by us and said he didn’t do it.
Reporter: It was a grown man?
Witness: A grown man, yeah. He’s sitting in the front of the police car over there now. So, I mean…
Reporter: He didn’t have a gun?
Witness: No, I didn’t see any gun…just had him handcuffed and he walked by us and looked into parents’ eyes and said “I didn’t do it”.
Reporter: How was he dressed?
Witness: Camo pants with a dark jacket.

School shooting: Possible second gunman in custody
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMtmPCVM2Sk
While it’s not unusual that in the chaos of a mass shooting the wrong person might initially be grabbed by police as a suspect and later released, what is unusual is the fact that the man described by the witness apparently was wearing military style clothes just like those worn by the alleged shooter– Adam Lanza– and described by some accounts as the same clothes of the shooter.
"CBS News reports that a potential second suspect was in custody and that SWAT was investigating the home of the suspect. It was not known if that alleged second suspect fired any of the shots in the massacre."
A witness tells WFSB-TV that a second man was taken out of the woods in handcuffs wearing a black jacket and camouflage pants and telling parents on the scene, “I did not do it.”
From the Sky Valley Chronicle:
“Broadcast reports from the scene say the gunman reportedly walked into the school wearing camouflage pants and opened fire in one room killing the principal and an unknown number of other adults and then moved into to classrooms shooting at students and teachers in those rooms.”
The Telegraph described the man in the camouflage pants and Adam Lanza– (who was wearing black “fatigues”) as being two separate people. This, of course, makes sense since Adam Lanza died in the school, and therefore couldn’t have been the man described in the video above.
“The gunman, wearing black fatigues and a military-style vest, was found dead in a classroom, but it was not clear whether he took his own life or was shot by police.
A second man wearing camouflage trousers was seen being handcuffed. One witness described him shouting: “I didn’t do it.”
Reuters, citing CBS News, along with several other news sources wrote that the man in the black camouflage pants had been found in the woods.
“Another person was being held in police custody after he was detained in the woods near the school wearing camouflage pants, CBS reported”.
AL.com, citing Fox News, claimed the man was the shooting suspect’s younger brother, as did other sources.
“2:25 p.m. CST — A FoxNews report said
witnesses said a handcuffed man, dressed in camouflage was led out of a nearby woods by officers who reported to the shooting. The individual is Lanza’s younger brother, according to the Associated Press.”

The link back to the Fox News story, as of this writing, is dead. Most likely this is because at the time the information was posted, Adam Lanza’s older brother Ryan was mistakenly being named as the suspect.
“2:15 p.m. CST — The Associated Press reports: A law enforcement official says the suspect in the Connecticut school shootings is 24-year-old Ryan Lanza and that his younger brother is being held for questioning as a possible second shooter. The law enforcement official said the boys’ mother, Nancy Lanza, works at the school as a teacher. The official also said Ryan Lanza’s girlfriend and another friend are missing in New Jersey.”
Ryan Lanza, who lives in Hoboken NJ, was at work during the shooting. He couldn’t have been the man grabbed from the woods. Adam and Ryan were the only two sons in the family, so the man in the woods couldn’t have been a third “younger brother” either.
The man in the camouflage pants at one point was suspected by police of being a second shooter.

Second Connecticut school shooter suspect in custody
From Fox 43, Central PA:
“CBS News reports that a potential second shooter is in custody and that SWAT is now investigating the home of the suspect. Miller reports that authorities have gone into a home connected with the individual in custody after seeing what appeared to be a body inside.
A witness tells WFSB-TV that a second man was taken out of the woods in handcuffs wearing a black jacket and camouflage pants and telling parents on the scene, “I did not do it.”

State Police confirm that one shooter is dead. A second gunman is apparently at large, sources told ABC News. A dispatcher states there are reports of “two shadows running past the gym” — early reports suggested there were two shooters. On the police audio an officer states: "one suspect is down."
Officers can be heard reporting a possible second shooter headed for the rear of the school.

An officer at the scene is heard saying, on tape, “They’re coming at me through this wood.” Note the plural.
An audio tape that has been removed from online contained the statement that an "officer also reports that a juvenile has been taken into custody."
“Be advised, we could have multiple weapons.”
Police Search Woods Behind School For Additional Suspect
On the 911 tape the caller advised there were two shadows behind the school.
The suspect is at 0:16 top right hand corner, stands still with his head down for a time and then moves. At 0:52 right in the middle of the screen, he is laying down with the dog on him.
According to the L.A. Times, "Chris Manfredonia, whose 6-year-old daughter attends the school, was heading there Friday morning to help make gingerbread houses with first-graders when he heard popping sounds and smelled sulfur. He ran around the school trying to reach his daughter and was briefly handcuffed by police. He later found his child, who had been locked in a small room with a teacher."
Run into the woods? Why?
Dad wore camouflage pants to a school activity? Possible.

Chris M Manfredonia, 41, Sandy Hook, CT

Just as in the Batman tragedy shooting the second gunman, the accomplice was not identified.
A young, and clearly honest student describes another suspect pinned down by the fire station. Any additional suspects could have been investigated and then released; however, statements could be obtained from law enforcement officials describing the other suspects who were released and why. This additional information would dispel any concerns that people have expressed about the number of shooters. So far, this information has not come to light.
The young student states:
"Then we ran down to the firehouse. There’s a man pinned down to the ground with handcuffs on. And we thought that was the victim [sic]. We really didn’t get a good glance at him because there was a car blocking it. Plus we were running really quick.”
Further analysis by alternative news media points to additional Sandy Hook shooting suspects overlooked by corporate media. Washington Post: Sandy Hook shooting: Possible second gunman in custody

Three Shooters?
The perpetrator "forced his way into the school, as opposed to being let in." Police "were looking at the strong likelihood that the gunman gained entrance to the school by shooting out a window right next to the front door." The shooter was in military gear and was armed with four weapons and wearing a bullet-proof vest. Since four weapons were recovered it would be plausible that there were two shooters: four hands and four weapons. There were four handguns found.
Now that Obama is usurping the Second Amendment with his Executive Orders the weapons used by the shooter deserve more scrutiny.
At the Sandy Hook Elementary School the shooter did not use a rifle, deemed an “assault weapon” by Obama.
Pete Williams, who is NBC’s chief Justice correspondent, reported the following in a video:

This continues to be a very complex investigation and there is a lot of contradictory information out there, but we have some new information this morning (one month ago) from a couple of federal officials and state officials.
They say now that there were actually four handguns inside the school, not just two as we were initially told. Four handguns and apparently only handguns that were taken into the school.
We knew that Adam Lanza, the man said to be the gunman here, also had an ‘assault-style’ AR-15 -style rifle that he had had taken to the school, it was in the car he drove there, his mother’s car, but we have been told by several officials that he had left that in the car.
http://www.ijreview.com/2013/01/30208-nbc-admits-no-assault-rifle-used-in-newtown-shooting/
The correspondent makes it clear over and over again that he confirmed this information with federal and state officials. The report that an ‘AR-15-style’ assault rifle was in the trunk of murderer Adam Lanza’s car is up for dispute as well. If one examines footage from police breaking into Lanza’s car, one sees police clearing a round from a “long gun of some type” that does not appear to be ‘AR-15 style’ or ‘assault-style.’
Not only are violent crime rates at a modern low and going down, but only 323 homicides were committed by rifles in 2011. That includes hunting rifles, assault rifles, military style rifles, semi-automatic rifles and whatever label one comes up with, regardless of magazine or clip capacity.

In addition, the existing gun laws are working.
The shooter reportedly tried to buy a rifle but was denied when he tried to purchase a rifle earlier in the week at a sporting goods store in Danbury, Conn. He also had been in some sort of altercation earlier at the school.
Two facts should be clear, as opposed to the Obama narrative and agenda. Existing gun laws work and the shooter could already be identified as a troubled person before the shooting. In effect, more restrictive gun laws against the Second Amendment would be ineffective in preventing another school shooting.

Another law enforcement source earlier told CBS News that a Sig Sauer, a Glock 9 and a Bushmaster rifle were found at the scene. The rifle "was discovered in a nearby car." The car has been identified as his mother's car. Preliminary information showed that the shooter purchased the weapons legally. The shooter wore black BDUs (battle dress uniform), which are standard combat uniforms like those sold on Camping Survival, and a military-style vest. The shooter also had a mask covering his face.
According to Sig Sauer’s website, the 9mm P226 is used by “U.S. Navy SEALs, Federal agents, and numerous law enforcement agencies including the Texas Rangers, Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Michigan State Police to name a few.”

A .223 rifle has been called by gun experts “the best home-defense weapon” and “a rifleman’s most valuable tool.” Guns Magazine wrote that the .223 “shoots far, fast and flat” and has a “relatively moderate cost.”

Where did he get the gear?
Neighbors described Adam Lanza to ABC as “odd” and displaying characteristics associated with mental illness. The brother of the shooter told authorities that his younger brother is autistic, or has Asperger syndrome and a "personality disorder." AP reported that same point that the brother reported his brother was believed to suffer from a personality disorder and be "somewhat autistic."
The shooter's father, who lives in Stamford, Conn., is meeting with FBI agents, so the immediate motive seems to be family-related and tied to the mother. The mother was killed at home before the school shooting. In 2006, his older brother graduated high school and went to Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, leaving the shooter with their parents — whose marriage was apparently coming apart. In 2008, they divorced after 17 years, court records show. His father, Peter Lanza, a tax executive for General Electric, moved to Stamford, and in January 2011 married a woman who is a librarian at the University of Connecticut.
The shooter's girlfriend and another friend were now missing in New Jersey. This early evidence suggests a motive and anger. The suspect’s home was entered after seeing what appeared to be a body inside. A spokesperson said that a deceased adult’s body was found in a Newtown home connected to the shooter.
A teacher Kaitlin Roig told ABC News that she barricaded her first grade students in classroom bathroom and locked the door when she first heard gun shots. The kids stated: ‘Can we go see if anyone is out there? … I just want Christmas… I don’t want to die, I just want to have Christmas.’ I said, you’re going to have Christmas and Hanukkah.. I tried to be positive.” The teacher violated the separation of church and state, and rightfully so, perhaps if God was not pushed out of classes we would be providing the type of strength and culture that American children deserve.

Sandy Hook — The Documentary

Mark Howitt takes an investigative look into the events and controversy surrounding the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting which happened on December 14th 2012 in Newtown Connecticut. This documentary explores several aspects and claims of details surrounding the event and is an attempt to shed some light and provide logical answers to the many questions that remain as to what happened in Newtown. Using rare news and article clips, testimonies, police audio analysis and several perspectives, it is quite clear that we are not being told the truth about what really happened. Was there others involved in the crime? Why have authorities and media provided abundant amounts of misleading information, changing the official narrative on countless occasions? These questions are being asked by a large amount of people in the public and the case is looked at in great detail to try and make sense of things and bring closure to much of the controversy in what is perhaps the biggest conspiracy since JFK.

Topics discussed include identities of multiple suspects, police audio analysis, witness testimonies, media coverage, the Lanza family, gun ban issue, intelligence agencies, examples of covert operations, project longevity, project mockingbird, fast and furious, crisis actor claims, prior drills, living victims, FEMA, advanced knowledge of attack, motive of crime, and several other aspects and anomalies.

Please subscribe if you enjoy the documentary. Check out my other documentaries for further information which include The James Holmes Conspiracy, Eye of the Illuminati, 2012 Revolution, Evidence of Murder and The Formation of Resistance.

Obama's response was embarrassing; he teared up. He is promising action in light of the shooting. Obama stated: "we are going to come together to take meaningful action to prevent more tragedies like this regardless of the politics.”
Obama Cries
Obama's politics will prevail and he always claims his personal view is not political. It is.
Weeping is not a good public posture. Leaders display characteristics of calm, strength, and resolve during tragedies.

NYPD ARREST Muslim Brotherhood PROTESTER

Essam El-Erian, a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, spoke at the private Noor Islamic School in Brooklyn. Protesters began anti-Brotherhood chants, drawing an angry response from the group’s supporters in the room. Salma Abu El-Maged, an anti-Brotherhood activist living in New York, began the chants, screaming “liar” and “murderer” at Erian. Maged was forcibly removed from the room by the police.

Kirsti Itameri, an independent journalist in Brooklyn, filmed the scuffle on her phone when she herself was roughed up by “a man my father’s age,” she said, who grabbed her by both wrists and violently shook her in an apparent attempt to stop her filming. The incident, which has been reported in the Egyptian news media, happened in front of a police officer, and Ms. Itameri filed a report against the man for harassment, she said.
