Lightfoot v. Bowen: Friday

This Friday Lightfoot v. Bowen will be heard; the Plaintiffs include an Elector and a candidate for the vice presidency; theoretically, these two classes of citizens could overcome the standing hurdle. This is the first case where the plaintiffs are not ordinary citizens and who have been denied a hearing by their government.
