Ginsburg Advocates Foreign Law

The problem with foreign law should be obvious. A foreign advocate should not rule on what our Constitution means, and in addition these judges are not accountable to the people. At least Chief Justice Roberts made these points in opposition to Ginsburg's lunacy.
