Stimulus Fiasco Funds Summer Teen Jobs

12,000 jobs “created” by the stimulus fiasco are summer jobs for young people, according to a White House report issued 100 days after passage of the $787-billion American Reinvestment and Recovery Act. This is hardly the type of stimulus that will jump start the economy.
