Soldier who says Obama isn't president doesn't have to deploy

Just when Orly Taitz successfully pleads a case that will be heard regarding Obama's illegitimacy to be POTUS the soldier who asked for an emergency action rescinding deployment is granted a deferment. U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, a reserve soldier, has had his deployment orders revoked according to an Army spokesperson.
