May 22, 2009: Military burns Bibles sent to Afghanistan

In the controversy about a tiny, little church in Florida that wants to express their First Amendment right to burn Korans many U.S. officials have strenuously objected. I wonder where they were when the American military did not want to risk any distribution of Bibles and thus anger Muslims. The Bibles were burnt. Where was their sense of outrage when the Bibles were burnt? The military feared the Bibles could be used for proselytizing, which is forbidden to troops.
