Did the Judge meet the same fate as the tampered Passport witness?

Obama recently signed an executive order allowing the Feds to confiscate all 401ks and retirement accounts. A single judge adjudicated that Obama did not have that authority and stopped the confiscation: Federal Judge John Roll. He died in the Tuscon tragedy.
