Obama says too much testing makes education boring

Fewer tests, only administer every few years, judge by attendance rate, make it interesting; of course, it was a bi-partisan Congress that made a national standardized test a requirement in the first place. Now, they are finally discovering that it does not work. This is not a surprise.
