Warrantless Cellphone Tracking Is Upheld

The Court concluded that location data was “clearly a business record” and therefore not protected by the Fourth Amendment. This does not make any sense at all since in the Fourth Amendment, private information is precisely what is supposed to be protected. The Court's ruling is off-base.
