First came the ex ranters: Andy Burton, Andy York & Tony Shanahan with Steve Holley, doing a faithful rendition of Keep A Knocking
Then came Jesse Malin with the current Ranters doing RATS with Christine Ohlman doing backups
Then Ellen Foley did a great job on Irene Wilde
Wreckless Eric & Amy Rigby did Laugh at Me
The Ranters then did At the Crossroads, trading lead vocals between James, Steve & Dennis. Alejandro Escovedo came on to sing the last verse and then stuck around to sing IWIWYM & Rock and Roll Queen.
All of the guests had good little stories about Ian, who then came on.
