PHI 210 Regulating Artificial Intelligence Weapons

The UK just wrote an AI Code of Ethics - certainly a good idea....Max Tegmark (Life 3.0 - Futureoflife.org), Nick Bogstrom (Superintelligence - FutureofHumanity.org) and Michio Kaku (Future of Humanity) and Elon Musk (Tesla/Space X/Neuralink) are all over the regulation of lethal autonomous weapon systems that could potential end humanity.
