A Sane Revolution is a spoken-word poem by Hunter and coupled with a radio promo. The actual poem is a reflection on the political revolutions in Europe and beyond, and a starting point for the social and sexual revolutions that were to come. The poet is D H Lawrence (1885-1930), born in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire, England, the son of a coal miner. Best known for his novels, Lawrence was also a talented poet although his poetry is often neglected.
