Congress misses the point entirely. ‘THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE BIRTH CERTIFICATE’: SHERIFF JOE ARPAIO PROVES OBAMA’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE FALSE

Mike Broomhead

Phoenix‘s Fox 10 has also done a video report on Arpaio’s investigation.
FOX 10 News - Phoenix, AZ | KSAZ-TV

Among the new findings presented by lead Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo:

  • The sheriff's investigators have learned of a birth certificate coding system that indicates the White House document has been altered.
  • An interview with the Hawaii official who allegedly signed the Obama document in 1961, Verna K.L. Lee, provided further confirmation of the coding anomalies.
  • Investigators were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document Hawaii provided to Arizona's secretary of state in May.
  • Hawaii's deputy attorney general, Jill T. Nagamine, confirm the state has a birth document on file for Obama. But she would not confirm on the record that the White House document matched what was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.
  • The sheriff’s investigators interviewed three persons of interest who have provided additional information in the case.

What Did Obama Do With Our Stimulus Money?

This is the list of all the clean energy companies supported by Obama’s stimulus that are now failing or have filed for bankruptcy.
  • Evergreen Solar
  • SpectraWatt
  • Solyndra (received $535 million)
  • Beacon Power (received $43 million)
  • AES’ subsidiary Eastern Energy
  • Nevada Geothermal (received $98.5 million)
  • SunPower (received $1.5 billion)
  • First Solar (received $1.46 billion)
  •  Babcock & Brown (an Australian company which received $178 million)
  • Ener1 (subsidiary EnerDel received $118.5 million)
  • Amonix (received 5.9 million)
  • The National Renewable Energy Lab
  • Fisker Automotive
  • Abound Solar (received $400 million)
  • Chevy Volt (taxpayers basically own GM)
  • Solar Trust of America
  • A123 Systems (received $279 million)
  • Willard & Kelsey Solar Group (received $6 million)
  • Johnson Controls (received $299 million)
  • Schneider Electric (received $86 million)

That’s 19 (that are known so far). Lloans went to foreign clean energy companies (Fisker sent money to their overseas plant to develop an electric car), and that 80% of these loans went to Obama’s campaign donors.

I do not see NRG on Heritage's list, but NRG Energy, loan guarantee of $1.237 billion, reported a loss of $109 million compared with a year-earlier loss of $15 million. (Source- MarketWatch)

Total 20, with 80 percent of the loans going to Obama campaign donors.

JIHAD FINANCE: HSBC CHIEF QUITS; BANK ACCUSED OF TERROR FINANCING THROUGH SAUDI BANK, DEALINGS WITH IRAN AND MEXICAN GANGS

HSBC Apologizes to US Senate

HSBC chief quits in front of U.S. Senate committee as bank is accused of 'letting Mexican gangs launder $7 billion and working with Saudi bank linked to terrorism'

"From FNNO.com, you're watching the Financial News Network. I'm Laura Hankin, here with an update on HSBC. The bank, which the Senate accused of providing services to money-launderers and to banks with potential links to terrorism and drug cartels, appeared before the Senate today to apologize for its actions.

At the hearing, David Bagley announced he would step down as the head of HSBC's compliance office at its London headquarters. Bagley is the top executive in charge of HSBC's anti-money-laundering programs. Bagley also revealed that HSBC plans to close many of its Cayman Islands accounts, after the Senate report showed that HSBC had little awareness or regulation of Cayman Island accounts holding $2.1 billion. Chief Legal Officer Stuart Levey stated that the bank has reorganized in order to better manage these risks.

HSBC will still have to undergo an investigation by the Justice Department, where they could be forced to pay a fine that many believe might exceed the record $619 million fine paid by Dutch bank ING after similar accusations. HSBC closed down at $3.30 a share today, a .59% drop. For more updates on this and other stories, check out our website at FNNO.com, or follow us on Twitter @FNNOnline."

‘WHERE IS THE PRESS WITH THE OUTRAGE?’ THIS MAJOR FINANCIAL SCANDAL HAS SANTELLI UP IN ARMS

Govt: Turned Heads Singer Aloha Obama

Turned Heads Singer Aloha Obama

Occupy With Aloha

Should we be afraid to express ourselves (to sing, to discuss, to say what we want?)?

“You enforce your monopolies with guns/ While sacrificing our daughters and sons/ But certain things belong to everyone/ Your thievery has left the people none.”

These lyrics were sung before Obama and a whole host of world leaders at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit gala in Honolulu, Hawaii Saturday night.

Hawaiian guitarist Makana was expected to play instrumental background music during the gala. But, as he said Sunday, when he stepped on stage he unbuttoned his jacket to reveal a T-shirt that bore the handwritten words, “Occupy with Aloha.” Instead of the planned background music, he spent 45 minutes playing his Occupy-inspired protest ballad, “We are the Many.”

The footage of him playing the gala was tricky to record, he said, because Secret Service protocol made it difficult for his crew to sneak a camera in.

“It was an incredible experience to sing the words, those words, to that group of people,” said Makana, who goes by one name. “My goal was not to disturb the guests in an offensive fashion but rather to subliminally fill their ears and the entire dinner atmosphere with a message that might be more effectively received in a subconscious manner.”

Describing the room’s reaction, which reportedly included Hu Jintao of China, Stephen Harper of Canada and more than a dozen other heads of state, Makana said no one objected to his lyrics — even the ones that repeated, “the bidding of the many, not the few.”

“The event protocol was such that everyone there kept their expressions quite muffled,” he said. “Now and then I would get strange, befuddled stares from heads of state. It was a very quiet room with no waiters; only myself, the sound techs, and the leaders of almost half the world’s population.”

Despite the surprised glances he got from some of the audience members, he told AFP the Obamas seemed too absorbed with their guests to realize what was going on.

Taken on 11.12.11 in Honolulu on the grounds of the Hale Koa

My guitar tech shot this with a camera phone during my performance for the World Leaders Dinner at APEC, which was hosted by the First Family.

He had to be extremely discreet as Secret Service had warned those on site that any phones used to capture photography or video would be confiscated. Since he has a guitar tuner app on the phone we were able to justify having it out, but grabbing video was not easy. We were under constant surveillance. Personally I like to have video of every performance. It's my art and my right.

About an hour into my set of generally ambient guitar music and Hawaiian tunes, I felt inspired to share some songs that resonated with the significance of the occasion.

I sang a few verses from "Kaulana Na Pua" (a famous Hawaiian protest song in honor of the anniversary of our Queen's passing), then segued into Bob Dylan's "All Along the Watchtower", Sting's "Fragile", and finally my newest song "We Are The Many".

My goal was not to disturb the guests in an offensive fashion but rather to subliminally fill their ears and the entire dinner atmosphere with a message that might be more effectively received in a subconscious manner. I sweetly sang lines like "You enforce your monopolies with guns/ While sacrificing our daughters and sons/ But certain things belong to everyone/ Your thievery has left the people none". The event protocol was such that everyone there kept their expressions quite muffled. Now and then I would get strange, befuddled stares from heads of state. It was a very quiet room with no waiters; only myself, the sound techs, and the leaders of almost half the world's population.

If I had chosen to disrupt the dinner and force my message I would have been stopped short. I instead chose to deliver an extremely potent message in a polite manner for a prolonged interval.

I dedicate this action to those who would speak truth to power but were not allowed the opportunity.

Me ka ha'aha'a,

Makana

US NAVY FIRES ON SHIP IN PERSIAN GULF, ONE DEAD

US Navy Fires on Ship in Persian Gulf, One Dead

The shooting occurred off the coast of Jebel Ali, a city approximately 30 miles from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. A Navy official said the offending vessel was a white pleasure craft, but a UAE official told ABC News it was a fishing boat with four Indians and two Emirates on board. Although officials downplayed any terrorist connection or Iranian contact neither should be ruled out and in any case we should defend ourselves and our assets.

The hope is that Obama can be unseated so that we can defend ourselves and our interests properly. It would be helpful if we could extract our assets and let the neighbors of Iran deal with them directly; at the same time, the Europeans should step up to the plate and defend their own interests.

We should not be dragged into being the policeman for the region while we develop our own natural resources on our own continent.

‘TAKING THE BLACK VOTE FOR GRANTED’: BLACK REVEREND BLASTS OBAMA TO MEGYN KELLY

Reverend William Owens, president of the Coalition of African-American Pastors, told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly Thursday he was “confident” that the president is taking the black vote for granted this time around.

Arabic for slave is interchangeable with "black"

Abd (Arabic: عبد‎) is an Arabic word meaning slave or black (interchangeable) -- one who is totally subordinated; a slave or a servant. Aren't blacks referred to as abid (slave) and abeed (slaves) in Islam?

And, the answer to my question from an Islamist:

"Abd means slave/servant in the Arabic language, the term could refer to a black or white person. However over time alot of Muslims began to us [sic] the term solely for black people irrespective of the person being a slave or not. This is not from Islam, this is the practice of some ignorant Muslims."

The response appears to be a rationalization to me. There are no whites in Muslim majority countries, certainly historically there were not when the Arabic originated; therefore, the Arabic for slave inevitably applies to blacks. In addition, a person is limited by the terms that are available to use and Arabic as a result embeds racism in the predominant term it uses for blacks.

“Obama’s War on Women”

Martin Luther Rolls Over in His Grave: ‘JESUS WAS A MUSLIM’: RELIGION PROFESSOR

Robert F. Shedinger, a professor at Iowa’s Luther College, thinks Jesus was actually…a Muslim. Muslim students are teaching educated Americans how to be dhimmis. The good professor does not want to be trapped by theology but he wants to unite with Muslims along social justice issues. Where exactly are those liberty loving Muslim majority countries now? Saudi Arabia? Iran? Egypt?

According to Shedinger, Islam is a “social justice movement,” not a religion, and since Christ supposedly supported “social justice,” that makes him a Muslim.

Tough Sell for Romney at NAACP When You Tell the Truth

This is painful to watch and the crowd was no more than mildly respectful; there is nothing wrong with a crowd booing a speaker when they disagree, and the crowd did boo at points.

Romney did clinically review the facts that African-Americans are doing more poorly under Obama's failed policies but the crowd was not receptive to that reality. He never really got off the ground since the audience was so dead but he could have given the speech more emphasis anyway. Also, although he touched on traditional marriage he did not hit home that Obama favors gay marriage. Among Christians this point would have hit an audience much harder. In the ranks of the NAACP traditional marriage may not be such a strong selling point.

‘DR. DOOM’: THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC STORM I PREDICTED IS ON ITS WAY

Nouriel Roubini, the economist whose dire warnings earned him the nickname “Dr. Doom,” said on Monday that the recent slowdowns in the U.S., Europe, and China is proof that the global “perfect storm” scenario he predicted is on its way.

Roubini predicted that the four specific elements would come together to create the perfect global economic crisis: a stalled U.S. economy, the EU debt crisis, a slowdown in emerging markets (China), and conflict in Iran.

G. Mick Smith, PhD 10/17/2009 02:31 AM

Media misses the point regardless of Hannity. Jefferson argued for a wall of separation between church and state which we have achieved. We now need a wall of separation between mosque and Obama. No orthodox Jew has ever had a mediator with an American president to find out what Jews want in order to accede to their demands domestically or internationally.

If anything, American political discourse should center on the question of how Muslims will break sharia law in order to conform with the American Constitution.

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to be free . . . " to follow American custom, and to practice religious freedom in conformity with existing American law.

Where Was Obama When He Claimed He Was at Columbia?

142 West 109th Street is on the market where it is advertised as Obama's former apartment when he attended Columbia.

http://www.citi-habitats.com/viewlisting.php?adID=770813&scroll=1

Author David Maraniss claims Obama lived at 622 West 114th Street

610 West 112th, Obama's girlfriend and Bill Ayers attending college during this time.

Clearinghouse records indicate Obama was at Columbia only during the 1982-83 school year while Obama and Columbia’s spokesman have insisted he began attending the New York City school in the fall of 1981. there was a “computer error” in their system that has been corrected. Janine Greenwood, vice president and general counsel for the clearinghouse, stated there was a “computer error” in their system that has been corrected. She said she confirmed with Columbia that Obama was at the university for two academic years, not one. “All I know is [the record] was right originally, and somewhere along the line it went off the rails, and then it was right again,” she said. “We basically had two records running simultaneously, and it just depended on how you input the name and the other information as to which records you got.”

I wonder what the names were? Did inquirers input Barry Soetoro? Or, Barack Obama? She did not state. The two separate reports indicating Obama attended Columbia for only one year were generated in March 2011. One, obtained by lawyer Orly Taitz, was used in a court filing contesting Obama’s eligibility. The other found its way to Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigating Obama’s eligibility for the presidential ballot in Arizona. Two paid inquiries – one with the name Barry Soetoro and the other with Barack Hussein Obama – were requested from the National Student Clearinghouse to confirm the previous reports. The clearinghouse acknowledged receipt of the inquiries but gave no further information.

Columbia’s top media spokesman, Robert Hornsby, was asked whether he had personally seen a transcript that would verify Obama attended classes during the 1981-82 school year, Hornsby said, “You’re looking for proof I cannot provide.”

Henry Franklin Graff, professor emeritus of history at Columbia for 46 years, has cast doubt on claims Obama attended classes at the New York City university.

“I have no recollection of Barack Obama at Columbia, and I am sure he never attended any of my classes,” Graff stated in a telephone interview.

“For 46 years, I taught political history, diplomatic history and one of the pioneering courses on presidential history, and every future politician of note who went through Columbia in those years took one or more of my classes – every one, that is, except Barack Obama.”

Graff added that no professor he knew could remember having Obama as a student at Columbia.

“Nobody I knew at Columbia ever remembers Obama being there,” Graff insisted.

An editorial titled “Obama’s Lost Years,” published in the Wall Street Journal Sept. 11, 2008, noted Fox News contacted some 400 students who were at Columbia from 1981 to 1983 and found no one who remembered him.

There is some evidence that Obama was in New York, but it may not have been to attend Columbia, it was to forge an alliance with his domestic terrorist friend, Bill Ayers.

September Songs

The Tempos - See you in September, 2:14 (1959)

September Song, Brook Benton, 3:13

Brook Benton was an American singer and songwriter who was a major factor in Rock, R&B, and popular music. His songs Endlessly and Its Just A Matter Of Time reached #3 and #1 on Billboard charts in 1959. He had a total of 16 top 10 hits between 1959 and 1963, with several others reaching the top 40. He is probably best known for his classic Rainy Night In Georgia which reached #1 in 1970. He wrote or co-wrote most of his songs, and also wrote numerous songs for other performers. This selection is from his album Songs I Love To Sing.

The Happenings - See You In September (filmed on Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis), 2:45 (1966)

The Happenings were a pop music group that originated in the 1960s. The group's major hits were "See You In September" (1966), which was originally recorded by the Tempos in 1959; a cover version of the George Gershwin/Ira Gershwin song, "I Got Rhythm" (1967), updated for the nascent pop/rock era; and "Hare Krishna," a cover version of a song from the musical Hair (1969). The group's "See You In September" and "I've Got Rhythm" were on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles charts for 14 weeks in 1966 and 1967, respectively, forming musical bookends for the 1966-1967 school year, and both peaked at number 3. Both disc sales exceeded one million copies, resulting in R.I.A.A. gold record awards by 1969.

Members of the original group, created in 1965, all hailed from Paterson, New Jersey and consisted of Bob Miranda, David Libert, Tom Giuliano and Ralph DiVito. In 1968, DiVito was replaced by Bernie LaPorta. Lenny Conforti also joined at this time to play drums in the touring band. Both LaPorta and Conforti took a hiatus from the Northern New Jersey band The Emerald Experience to play and tour with The Happenings. The band continued in this present configuration, performing mostly at colleges and universities until 1970, when Libert left the band to pursue other endeavors within the music industry. Libert went on to manage various bands, including George Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic, Living Colour, Brian Auger, Vanilla Fudge, The Runaways (Cherie Currie, Joan Jett, Lita Ford), Mother's Finest, Alice Cooper and Evelyn "Champagne" King.

The group had nine Billboard Hot 100 Singles hits from 1967 to 1968, including covers of "Go Away Little Girl" (a #1 hit for Steve Lawrence in 1962) and the jazz song "My Mammy" (popularized by Al Jolson in the 1920s). Both songs peaked at number 13. They also both achieved sales in excess of one million copies, garnering the group another couple of gold records. According to Miranda, the group's original formula was to "take a song that's already proven it could be a hit and put our spin on it". They later wrote some of their own songs, including "Hare Krishna".

The band still exists and continues to perform with lead singer Miranda as the only remaining original member. They recently performed on the cruise ship Explorer of the Seas performing Frankie Valle songs and Run Around Sue.

LaPorta was a high-school music teacher in the North Arlington Middle School until the middle of the 2006-2007 school year, when he retired from his position.

Following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, "See You In September" was listed in a memo containing 150 songs that radio conglomerate Clear Channel Communications suggested to be pulled from the airwaves - despite the fact that the song is about two lovers saying goodbye for the summer, and has nothing to do with terrorism.

SEPTEMBER SONG - WILLIE NELSON, 4:33

Big Star - "September Gurls", 2:50

A tribute to a gorgeous bittersweet pop song by Big Star, "September gurls". It appears on their 2nd record, "Radio City" (1974). The song was rated #178 by Rolling Stone in their "top 500 songs of all time"

Fans of "That 70's show" should look for their songs "In the street" and "Thirteen", available on their 1st record, "#1 Record".
