Batman Tragedy

Update: 7 January 2013
The first public testimony has been given about the tragedy.
The shooter "was dripping in sweat and his pupils were wide open."
Prosecutors did not indicate why Holmes’ pupils were dilated.
An officer noted that the shooter seemed “very, very relaxed” and didn’t seem to have “normal emotional reactions” to things. “He seemed very detached.”
At one point, an officer asked the shooter if anyone had been helping him or working with him. “He just looked at me and smiled … like a smirk,” the officer recalled.
The officer added: "I dragged him a few feet away. He was completely compliant. Normally there's a muscular tension. In his case he was very, very relaxed. "It was like there weren't any normal emotional responses to anything."

Aurora police seized four prescription bottles and immunization records when they searched theater-shooting suspect James Holmes' apartment in July, according to newly obtained filings in the murder case against Holmes.

The modus operandi of the Batman tragedy is similar to the 2011 Norway attacks. The 2011 Norway attacks were two sequential attacks on 22 July 2011. The first was a car bomb explosion in Oslo. The second attack occurred less than two hours later at a summer camp on the island of Utøya in Tyrifjorden, Buskerud.

In the Aurora attack, the suspect booby trapped his apartment, which was discovered before it could harm anyone but it appears that was the original intent; then, the shooter entered the theater and attacked.

Rather than an obsession with the Joker, despite the red hair, the suspect's real model was Robocop given his armor and preparation.

A silver lining takeaway: “Looking closely at the ammunition and equipment involved, it becomes clear that last Friday’s attack could have been much worse.”
One difference is to identify who was the accomplice of the shooter, so far, there is no information on who that could be.

Witnesses: Colorado Massacre Shooter Had Accomplice
Aerial shots indicate multiple shooters outside the emergency exit and that blood traced back to the theater.
Who else was involved in the shooting?
Another consideration is that there may be two individuals involved which appears possible given the differences in appearances between the released pictures. To wit: consider the differences in the photographs.

Recently, the suspect noted on Match.com that he had "middle-of-the-road" political views." The slandering that he could associated with the TEA Party then is a complete fabrication.

First court appearance

The shooter was earmarked by the federal government some time ago as a person of interest.
He received a $26,000 stipend and his tuition was paid for at the highly competitive program in Neuroscience at the University of Colorado in Denver.
http://washington.cbslocal.com/2012/07/24/james-holmes-received-26k-grant-from-bethesda-based-national-institutes-of-health/
He was studying neuroscience under a grant from the National Institutes of Health, only one of six people annually selected for the honor.

Federal support and research into bright young kids has long been of interest to the Federal government. While at Harvard Ted Kaczynski, the Unibomber, also garnished the attention of Federal researchers. That experiment did not end well.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Kaczynski
As an 18-year-old the Batman suspect was speaking at Miramar College in San Diego. His presentation is on “temporal illusion,“ which he defines as ”an illusion that allows you to change the past.”

We know now that he needed psychiatric help.
Psychiatrist Called Threat-Team About Aurora Shooting Suspect James Holmes
The suspect came to the attention of the threat assessment committee at the University of Colorado but no further action was taken because he left the school more than a month before the attack.

Eyewitnesses report his strange appearance before committing himself to the theater.
Holmes was wearing jeans and sneakers and described himself as a local student, Allen said. But Allen also said he noticed something strange about Holmes' eyes.
"His eyes were fluttering and blinking," Allen said. "It was really weird. I didn't know if he was high or what, but those eyes kept fluttering."
Two others who witnessed the incident, Ashley Jones, 25, and Rosando "JR" Causus, a maintenance man at 1733 Paris Street, independently confirmed Allen's story.
Perhaps most tellingly, the neuroscience students was not grounded.
"The neuroscience graduate was adopted and Mrs Holmes, 58, and husband Robert, 61, a software developer, raised him as one of their own."
As a sign of his disaffection, last fall, Holmes began a four-year doctoral course in neuroscience at a University of Colorado medical campus in Aurora, a Denver suburb. He would be studying the mechanics of the brain, the ways that electrical signals transmit thoughts and sensations. Holmes was part of a small group of first-year students who met together numerous times a week for classes in a small conference room.

Five of the students formed a close bond over their shared classes and workload, and their concerns about being accepted to their preferred research laboratory — a ritual that happened at the end of the first year. But Holmes didn’t share in that bond, one student said. Holmes spoke only when prompted in class, and spoke almost never outside of the classroom.

“I was always trying to get into his head,” said one fellow neuroscience first-year. “If no one had ever said anything to him, he wouldn’t have said a word” all year.

The student, who asked not to be named because the university has asked students not to speak to the media, said that Holmes often was the first to arrive at class, riding from his nearby apartment on a BMX bike more fit for an adolescent. But once class began, he had a habit of daydreaming.

“It’s like you’re interrupting” another train of thought that Holmes was pondering, the student said.
When Holmes was required to speak in class, he often spoke in a monotone, but he sprinkled his presentations with attempts at humor, little puns and jokes. In the hallways, Holmes would join — when prompted — in grousing about assignments and required reading. He often smiled when he spoke and gave his classmates good marks when they had to review each other’s work. The classmate remembers no hint of anger or edge.

But Holmes volunteered little information about his life outside the classroom. The student could remember just one personal detail that Holmes revealed without being asked: During a conversation about football, he said he was a San Diego Chargers fan.

After classes, Holmes was always the first to leave. His fellow students assumed he was just sequestered in his off-campus apartment.

“I always just figured he liked being alone,” the student said.

Four months ago, when Holmes allegedly began stockpiling ammunition and explosives, his behavior in class didn’t seem to change. Then came early June, when all first-year students must face a demanding oral exam. The exam came and went, and the other students didn’t hear how Holmes did. Then they got word that he had sent an e-mail to administrators, saying he would leave school. His classmates were not told a reason.
A few days after that, the student saw Holmes walking across a campus food court and wondered why Holmes was still on campus.

The tragedy has centered on the theater but important questions remain unanswered.

How did the FBI anticipate the attack on the movie theater?

FBI theater attack warning issued on May 17, 2012

07/20/2012
DHS Warned About Threats In Movie Theaters
The Department of Homeland Security in a May 17, 2012 memo, warned that American movie theaters were increasingly likely targets for terrorist attacks, primarily because they packed many people into one tightly confined place.
An early April 2012 suicide bombing of a theater in Somalia and a violent extremist communication advocating attacks on US theaters highlight terrorists’ continued interest in attacking such venues. Although we have no specific or credible information indicating that terrorists plan to attack theaters in the United States, terrorists may seek to emulate overseas attacks on theaters here in the United States because they have the potential to inflict mass casualties and cause local economic damage.

Hallmarks of a False Flag: Colorado University Held Identical Drill on Same Day as Aurora Theater Mass Shooting, Mind Control, and Multiple Suspects
http://theintelhub.com/2012/07/23/hallmarks-of-a-false-flag-colorado-university-held-identical-drill-on-same-day-as-aurora-theater-mass-shooting-mind-control-and-multiple-suspects/
Colorado Batman shooting shows obvious signs of being staged. For example, the lamestream narrative does not deal with an obvious question: How does an unemployed medical student afford $20,000 in weapons gear?
The unemployed alleged shooter has:

"In the last 60 days Mr. Holmes had purchased four guns at local gun shops, Chief Oates said. And through the Internet, he bought more than 6,000 rounds of ammunition: more than 3,000 rounds for the assault rifle, 3,000 rounds of .40 caliber ammunition for the two Glocks, and 300 rounds for the 12-gauge shotgun."
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/21/us/shooting-at-colorado-theater-showing-batman-movie.html
A decent AR-15 rifle costs $1,000 or more. The shotgun and handgun might run another $800 total. Spare mags, sights, slings, and so on will run you at least another $1,000 for three firearms. The bullet-proof vest is easily another $800, and the cost of the bomb-making gear is too difficult to guess. With all the specialty body gear, ammunition, booby-trap devices and more, I'm guessing this is at least $20,000 in weapons and tactical gear, much of which is very difficult for civilians to get in the first place.
The FBI and ATF are on scene. FBI agents and police discovered his flat was booby-trapped when they used a camera at the end of a 12-foot pole to look inside.
In addition, where does an unemployed medical school drop out get the training to deploy sophisticated booby traps, tactical body armor, weapons systems and more?
One of the most important considerations is the timing of the event coming as it does just a week before a U.N. Agreement which would curtail the Second Amendment in favor of international gun controls.
Both the FBI and the Justice Department has supplied guns so it may not be surprising if there is a connection found here as well.
The Aurora Police Department has their own SWAT team and has handled explosive devices.
In a recent Aurora case, "the Arapahoe County Bomb Squad responded and took possession of the devices."

In this recent tragedy, neither the Aurora SWAT team nor the County Bomb Squad are handling the investigation and have pulled back to await Federal agencies.

Michael Bennet, Senator from Colorado, reports that about $15 million dollars has been spent on Aurora.

Entity: Buckley Air Force Base Project Name: Land Acquisition Location: Aurora, Colorado Amount Requested: authorize and appropriate $9,900,000
Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado is surrounded by a growing community. To ensure mission capabilities and safety, Buckley Air Force Base would like to acquire roughly 122 acres of land immediately adjacent to the base to permanently protect the clear zone and eliminate any potential hazards to the flying mission. The purchase of this land is critical to the safety of flying missions and to meeting anti-terrorism and force protection requirements. As development continues in the surrounding community, pilots at Buckley face a more difficult task of successful take off and landing. Providing funds for land acquisition will better protect our pilots and better enable Buckley to meet its responsibilities.

Entity: Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley Air Force Base Project Name: Weapons release complex upgrades Location: Aurora, Colorado Amount Requested: authorize and appropriate $4,500,000
Funding would allow Buckley Air Force Base and the 140th Fighter Wing of the Colorado Air National Guard to expand its weapons release complex. A weapons release complex is a facility in which munitions and ordinances are maintained. The existing facility is undersized, and National Guard officials worry it is becoming a hazardous environment for them to meet mission requirements and cannot provide adequate training to maintenance personnel.

America’s Most Biblically-Hostile U. S. President

America’s Most Biblically-Hostile U. S. President

When one observes Obama’s unwillingness to accommodate America’s four-century long religious conscience protection through his attempts to require Catholics to go against their own doctrines and beliefs, one is tempted to say that he is anti-Catholic. But that characterization would not be correct. Although he has recently singled out Catholics, he has equally targeted traditional Protestant beliefs over the past four years. So since he has attacked Catholics and Protestants, one is tempted to say that he is anti-Christian. But that, too, would be inaccurate. He has been equally disrespectful in his appalling treatment of religious Jews in general and Israel in particular. So perhaps the most accurate description of his antipathy toward Catholics, Protestants, religious Jews, and the Jewish nation would be to characterize him as anti-Biblical. And then when his hostility toward Biblical people of faith is contrasted with his preferential treatment of Muslims and Muslim nations, it further strengthens the accuracy of the anti-Biblical descriptor. In fact, there have been numerous clearly documented times when his pro-Islam positions have been the cause of his anti-Biblical actions.

Listed below in chronological order are
        (1) numerous records of his attacks on Biblical persons or organizations;
        (2) examples of the hostility toward Biblical faith that have become evident in the past three years in the Obama-led military;
        (3) a listing of his open attacks on Biblical values; and finally
        (4) a listing of numerous incidents of his preferential deference for Islam’s activities and positions, including letting his Islamic advisors guide and influence his hostility toward people of Biblical faith.

1. Acts of hostility toward people of Biblical faith:
April 2008 – Obama speaks disrespectfully of Christians, saying they “cling to guns or religion” and have an “antipathy to people who aren't like them.”1
February 2009 – Obama announces plans to revoke conscience protection for health workers who refuse to participate in medical activities that go against their beliefs, and fully implements the plan in February 2011.2
April 2009 – When speaking at Georgetown University, Obama orders that a monogram symbolizing Jesus' name be covered when he is making his speech. 3
May 2009 – Obama declines to host services for the National Prayer Day (a day established by federal law) at the White House. 4
April 2009 – In a deliberate act of disrespect, Obama nominated three pro-abortion ambassadors to the Vatican; of course, the pro-life Vatican rejected all three. 5
October 19, 2010 – Obama begins deliberately omitting the phrase about “the Creator” when quoting the Declaration of Independence – an omission he has made on no less than seven occasions. 6
November 2010 – Obama misquotes the National Motto, substituting “E pluribus unum” rather than “In God We Trust” as established by federal law.7
January 2011 – After a federal law was passed to transfer a WWI Memorial in the Mojave Desert to private ownership, the U. S. Supreme Court ruled that the cross in the memorial could continue to stand, but the Obama administration refused to allow the land to be transferred as required by law, and refused to allow the cross to be re-erected as ordered by the Court.8
February 2011 – Although he filled posts in the State Department, for more than two years Obama did not fill the post of religious freedom ambassador, an official that works against religious persecution across the world; he filled it only after heavy pressure from the public and from Congress. 9
April 2011 – For the first time in American history, Obama urges passage of a non-discrimination law that does not contain hiring protections for religious groups, forcing religious organizations to hire according to federal mandates without regard to the dictates of their own faith, thus eliminating conscience protection in hiring. 10
August 2011 – The Obama administration releases its new health care rules that override religious conscience protections for medical workers in the areas of abortion and contraception.11
November 2011 – Obama opposes inclusion of President Franklin Roosevelt’s famous D-Day Prayer in the WWII Memorial. 12
November 2011 – Unlike previous presidents, Obama studiously avoids any religious references in his Thanksgiving speech.13
December 2011 – The Obama administration denigrates other countries' religious beliefs as an obstacle to radical homosexual rights. 14
January 2012 – The Obama administration argues that the First Amendment provides no protection for churches and synagogues in hiring their pastors and rabbis. 15
February 2012 – The Obama administration forgives student loans in exchange for public service, but announces it will no longer forgive student loans if the public service is related to religion. 16
2. Acts of hostility from the Obama-led military toward people of Biblical faith:
June 2011 – The Department of Veterans Affairs forbids references to God and Jesus during burial ceremonies at Houston National Cemetery. 17
August 2011 – The Air Force stops teaching the Just War theory to officers in California because the course is taught by chaplains and is based on a philosophy introduced by St. Augustine in the third century AD – a theory long taught by civilized nations across the world (except America). 18
September 2011 – Air Force Chief of Staff prohibits commanders from notifying airmen of programs and services available to them from chaplains. 19
September 2011 – The Army issues guidelines for Walter Reed Medical Center stipulating that“No religious items (i.e. Bibles, reading materials and/or facts) are allowed to be given away or used during a visit.” 20
November 2011 – The Air Force Academy rescinds support for Operation Christmas Child, a program to send holiday gifts to impoverished children across the world, because the program is run by a Christian charity. 21
November 2011 – The Air Force Academy pays $80,000 to add a Stonehenge-like worship center for pagans, druids, witches and Wiccans. 22
February 2012 – The U. S. Military Academy at West Point disinvites three star Army general and decorated war hero Lieutenant General William G. (“Jerry”) Boykin (retired) from speaking at an event because he is an outspoken Christian. 23
February 2012 – The Air Force removes “God” from the patch of Rapid Capabilities Office (the word on the patch was in Latin: Dei).24
February 2012 – The Army orders Catholic chaplains not to read a letter to parishioners that their archbishop asked them to read.25
3. Acts of hostility toward Biblical values:
January 2009 – Obama lifts restrictions on U.S. government funding for groups that provide abortion services or counseling abroad, forcing taxpayers to fund pro-abortion groups that either promote or perform abortions in other nations.26
January 2009 – President Obama’s nominee for deputy secretary of state asserts that American taxpayers are required to pay for abortions and that limits on abortion funding are unconstitutional. 27
March 2009 – The Obama administration shut out pro-life groups from attending a White House-sponsored health care summit. 28
March 2009 – Obama orders taxpayer funding of embryonic stem cell research. 29
March 2009 – Obama gave $50 million for the UNFPA, the UN population agency that promotes abortion and works closely with Chinese population control officials who use forced abortions and involuntary sterilizations.30
May 2009 – The White House budget eliminates all funding for abstinence-only education and replaces it with “comprehensive” sexual education, repeatedly proven to increase teen pregnancies and abortions.31 He continues the deletion in subsequent budgets. 32
May 2009 – Obama officials assemble a terrorism dictionary calling pro-life advocates violent and charging that they use racism in their “criminal” activities. 33
July 2009 – The Obama administration illegally extends federal benefits to same-sex partners of Foreign Service and Executive Branch employees, in direction violation of the federal Defense of Marriage Act. 34
September 16, 2009 – The Obama administration appoints as EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum, who asserts that society should “not tolerate” any “private beliefs,” including religious beliefs, if they may negatively affect homosexual “equality.” 35

October 2011 – The Obama administration eliminates federal grants to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops for their extensive programs that aid victims of human trafficking because the Catholic Church is anti-abortion.43
4. Acts of preferentialism for Islam:
May 2009 – While Obama does not host any National Day of Prayer event at the White House, he does host White House Iftar dinners in honor of Ramadan ( a Islamic Holy Month). 44
April 2010 – Christian leader Franklin Graham is disinvited from the Pentagon’s National Day of Prayer Event because of complaints from the Muslim community. 45

August 2010 – Obama went to great lengths to speak out on multiple occasions on behalf of building an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero, while at the same time he was silent about a Christian church being denied permission to rebuild at that location. 48
2010 – While every White House traditionally issues hundreds of official proclamations and statements on numerous occasions, this White House avoids traditional Biblical holidays and events but regularly recognizes major Muslim holidays, as evidenced by its 2010 statements on Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Hajj, and Eid-ul-Adha. 49

NAPOLITANO PROMOTES ISLAMISM, UNAWARE OF CLASSIFIED DOC LEAK, WH TERROR GROUP VISIT

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) yelled at Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Thursday over her refusal to answer simple questions about a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council who stands accused by some members of Congress of leaking classified information to make Texas look like “Islamophobes.”

The man in question is Mohamed Elibiary, appointed by Obama and allegedly affiliated with the Islamic Freedom and Justice Party in Egypt.

Last month, Hani Nour Eldin, a member of Egypt’s parliament, was granted a visa and invited to attend several meetings with high-ranking White House and State Department officials, some in the executive mansion. Eldin is also a member of Gamaa Islamiya, a radical Islamic group currently listed as a designated terrorist organization.

The Freedom and Justice Party is an Islamist political party in Egypt with ties to the radical Muslim Brotherhood. The party won 47.2 percent of all seats in Egypt’s lower house of parliament and praised the election of Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohamed Mursi.
In October 2011, Patrick Poole of PJ Media reported that Texas Department of Public Safety were concerned about a report that Elibiary may have gotten access to sensitive and classified information and that he reportedly shopped it out to the media

GOHMERT: Are you saying before this Congress right now, that as Secretary of Homeland Security, that it is a lie that Mohamed Elibiary downloaded material from a classified website using the secret security clearance you gave him? Are you saying that’s a lie?

NAPOLITANO: I’m saying that is in accurate. That is correct.

GOHMERT: All right. What is inaccurate about it?

NAPOLITANO: A number of things. First of all, we have several people on the Homeland Security Advisory Committee that are Muslim [Moos-lum]. They’ve been helping Law Enforcement for a long time. Mr. Elibiary, himself, was recognized by the FBI…

GOHMERT: I didn’t say anything about that so if you…could confine your answers to what I said and what you find misleading in it…

NAPOLITANO: One of the things I find misleading in it is that he somehow downloaded classified documents.

GOHMERT: So you’re saying that the State and Local Intelligence of Community of Interest Database is not classified?

NAPOLITANO: I’m saying that he…as far as I know…he did not download classified documents.

GOHMERT: One of the games that gets played by some people who come up here and testify is that they have somebody not provide them with adequate information so that they can come in her and say “so far as I know,” “not to my knowledge,” that kind of thing, and they obscure the truth.

Has Elibiary’s status on Homeland Security Advisory Council changed?

NAPOLITANO: No.

GOHMERT: It did not bother you that he did access information?

NAPOLITANO: Uh…he accessed some information. What bothers me, quite frankly, is the allegations made against anyone who happens to be Muslim.

GOHMERT: Well, the allegations are not because he is Muslim…[snip]…this administration seems to have a hard time recognizing members of terrorist groups who are allowed into the White House. You are aware of that happening, aren’t you?

NAPOLITANO: Absolutely not.

GOHMERT: The evidence speaks for itself. Obviously you are kept in the dark on a lot of these things.

Are you aware of what the Freedom and Justice Party is in Egypt?

NAPOLITANO: Uh, Representative

(someone cuts in and finally asks Napolitano to answer the question)

NAPOLITANO: Yes

GOHMERT: Are you aware that Mr. Elibiary’s Foundation, which has now had their charter pulled because they failed to provide the information that the government requires to keep their 501(3)c status…are you aware you aware that that Foundation was called the Freedom and Justice Foundation?

NAPOLITANO: Representative, I’m not going to get into a debate about some of this…

GOHMERT: I’m asking you if you know simple facts…I don’t want a debate. This is a question and answer. Are you aware of that being the name of Elibiary’s Foundation that has now lost it’s 501(3)c status pulled.

NAPOLITANO: The insinuation…

GOHMERT: Can you answer the question – there’s no insinuation. Please answer just the question.

NAPOLITANO: Mr. Representative, with all respect, I believe you are insinuating that I and members of my staff…

GOHMERT: I’m not insinuating anything. I’m asking a direct question…The question is very simple. Are you aware of his Freedom and Justice Foundation

(someone interrupts and says “let me say to the Gentlemen from Texas, I don’t think he’s going to get a different answer)

GOHMERT: Then I ask the assistance of the chairman to direct the witness to answer the question, as asked. It’s very simple. It’s yes or no.

(someone says “we’ll give the witness the opportunity to give a final answer. Yes.)

NAPOLITANO: Mr. Chairman, I would just like to say for this Committee…

GOHMERT: That does not sound like a yes or no

GOHMERT: The answer is non-responsive.

NAPOLITANO: Mr. Chairman, I didn’t know this was a court with rules of evidence. I was hoping I could explain my answer.

GOHMERT: Mr. Chairman, my question was a yes or no question. Anything but a yes or no answer…and the reason there are rules of evidence so that witnesses don’t just go off on a lark – avoiding the question.

Gohmert’s time expired.

Napolitano speaks again and says “the insinuation that I and my staff would allow someone who is a terrorist to infiltrate…”

GOHMERT: I have not insinuated that Elibiary is a terrorist…he’s a very nice gentleman. I’ve met him a couple of times…there’s no such insinuation.

That the Secretary of Homeland Security would come in here and make such an allegation that …

‘THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE BIRTH CERTIFICATE’: SHERIFF JOE ARPAIO PROVES OBAMA’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE FALSE

Mike Broomhead

Phoenix‘s Fox 10 has also done a video report on Arpaio’s investigation.
FOX 10 News - Phoenix, AZ | KSAZ-TV

Among the new findings presented by lead Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo:

  • The sheriff's investigators have learned of a birth certificate coding system that indicates the White House document has been altered.
  • An interview with the Hawaii official who allegedly signed the Obama document in 1961, Verna K.L. Lee, provided further confirmation of the coding anomalies.
  • Investigators were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document Hawaii provided to Arizona's secretary of state in May.
  • Hawaii's deputy attorney general, Jill T. Nagamine, confirm the state has a birth document on file for Obama. But she would not confirm on the record that the White House document matched what was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.
  • The sheriff’s investigators interviewed three persons of interest who have provided additional information in the case.

What Did Obama Do With Our Stimulus Money?

This is the list of all the clean energy companies supported by Obama’s stimulus that are now failing or have filed for bankruptcy.
  • Evergreen Solar
  • SpectraWatt
  • Solyndra (received $535 million)
  • Beacon Power (received $43 million)
  • AES’ subsidiary Eastern Energy
  • Nevada Geothermal (received $98.5 million)
  • SunPower (received $1.5 billion)
  • First Solar (received $1.46 billion)
  •  Babcock & Brown (an Australian company which received $178 million)
  • Ener1 (subsidiary EnerDel received $118.5 million)
  • Amonix (received 5.9 million)
  • The National Renewable Energy Lab
  • Fisker Automotive
  • Abound Solar (received $400 million)
  • Chevy Volt (taxpayers basically own GM)
  • Solar Trust of America
  • A123 Systems (received $279 million)
  • Willard & Kelsey Solar Group (received $6 million)
  • Johnson Controls (received $299 million)
  • Schneider Electric (received $86 million)

That’s 19 (that are known so far). Lloans went to foreign clean energy companies (Fisker sent money to their overseas plant to develop an electric car), and that 80% of these loans went to Obama’s campaign donors.

I do not see NRG on Heritage's list, but NRG Energy, loan guarantee of $1.237 billion, reported a loss of $109 million compared with a year-earlier loss of $15 million. (Source- MarketWatch)

Total 20, with 80 percent of the loans going to Obama campaign donors.

At the end of the event, a Democrat told one person to "Go F*ck Themself" and then he proceeded to get in his opponent's face, bump his chest, and said he was going to break a camera. Debbie Wasserman Schultz spoke at the event.

JIHAD FINANCE: HSBC CHIEF QUITS; BANK ACCUSED OF TERROR FINANCING THROUGH SAUDI BANK, DEALINGS WITH IRAN AND MEXICAN GANGS

HSBC Apologizes to US Senate

HSBC chief quits in front of U.S. Senate committee as bank is accused of 'letting Mexican gangs launder $7 billion and working with Saudi bank linked to terrorism'

"From FNNO.com, you're watching the Financial News Network. I'm Laura Hankin, here with an update on HSBC. The bank, which the Senate accused of providing services to money-launderers and to banks with potential links to terrorism and drug cartels, appeared before the Senate today to apologize for its actions.

At the hearing, David Bagley announced he would step down as the head of HSBC's compliance office at its London headquarters. Bagley is the top executive in charge of HSBC's anti-money-laundering programs. Bagley also revealed that HSBC plans to close many of its Cayman Islands accounts, after the Senate report showed that HSBC had little awareness or regulation of Cayman Island accounts holding $2.1 billion. Chief Legal Officer Stuart Levey stated that the bank has reorganized in order to better manage these risks.

HSBC will still have to undergo an investigation by the Justice Department, where they could be forced to pay a fine that many believe might exceed the record $619 million fine paid by Dutch bank ING after similar accusations. HSBC closed down at $3.30 a share today, a .59% drop. For more updates on this and other stories, check out our website at FNNO.com, or follow us on Twitter @FNNOnline."

‘WHERE IS THE PRESS WITH THE OUTRAGE?’ THIS MAJOR FINANCIAL SCANDAL HAS SANTELLI UP IN ARMS

Govt: Turned Heads Singer Aloha Obama

Turned Heads Singer Aloha Obama

Occupy With Aloha

Should we be afraid to express ourselves (to sing, to discuss, to say what we want?)?

“You enforce your monopolies with guns/ While sacrificing our daughters and sons/ But certain things belong to everyone/ Your thievery has left the people none.”

These lyrics were sung before Obama and a whole host of world leaders at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit gala in Honolulu, Hawaii Saturday night.

Hawaiian guitarist Makana was expected to play instrumental background music during the gala. But, as he said Sunday, when he stepped on stage he unbuttoned his jacket to reveal a T-shirt that bore the handwritten words, “Occupy with Aloha.” Instead of the planned background music, he spent 45 minutes playing his Occupy-inspired protest ballad, “We are the Many.”

The footage of him playing the gala was tricky to record, he said, because Secret Service protocol made it difficult for his crew to sneak a camera in.

“It was an incredible experience to sing the words, those words, to that group of people,” said Makana, who goes by one name. “My goal was not to disturb the guests in an offensive fashion but rather to subliminally fill their ears and the entire dinner atmosphere with a message that might be more effectively received in a subconscious manner.”

Describing the room’s reaction, which reportedly included Hu Jintao of China, Stephen Harper of Canada and more than a dozen other heads of state, Makana said no one objected to his lyrics — even the ones that repeated, “the bidding of the many, not the few.”

“The event protocol was such that everyone there kept their expressions quite muffled,” he said. “Now and then I would get strange, befuddled stares from heads of state. It was a very quiet room with no waiters; only myself, the sound techs, and the leaders of almost half the world’s population.”

Despite the surprised glances he got from some of the audience members, he told AFP the Obamas seemed too absorbed with their guests to realize what was going on.

Taken on 11.12.11 in Honolulu on the grounds of the Hale Koa

My guitar tech shot this with a camera phone during my performance for the World Leaders Dinner at APEC, which was hosted by the First Family.

He had to be extremely discreet as Secret Service had warned those on site that any phones used to capture photography or video would be confiscated. Since he has a guitar tuner app on the phone we were able to justify having it out, but grabbing video was not easy. We were under constant surveillance. Personally I like to have video of every performance. It's my art and my right.

About an hour into my set of generally ambient guitar music and Hawaiian tunes, I felt inspired to share some songs that resonated with the significance of the occasion.

I sang a few verses from "Kaulana Na Pua" (a famous Hawaiian protest song in honor of the anniversary of our Queen's passing), then segued into Bob Dylan's "All Along the Watchtower", Sting's "Fragile", and finally my newest song "We Are The Many".

My goal was not to disturb the guests in an offensive fashion but rather to subliminally fill their ears and the entire dinner atmosphere with a message that might be more effectively received in a subconscious manner. I sweetly sang lines like "You enforce your monopolies with guns/ While sacrificing our daughters and sons/ But certain things belong to everyone/ Your thievery has left the people none". The event protocol was such that everyone there kept their expressions quite muffled. Now and then I would get strange, befuddled stares from heads of state. It was a very quiet room with no waiters; only myself, the sound techs, and the leaders of almost half the world's population.

If I had chosen to disrupt the dinner and force my message I would have been stopped short. I instead chose to deliver an extremely potent message in a polite manner for a prolonged interval.

I dedicate this action to those who would speak truth to power but were not allowed the opportunity.

Me ka ha'aha'a,

Makana

US NAVY FIRES ON SHIP IN PERSIAN GULF, ONE DEAD

US Navy Fires on Ship in Persian Gulf, One Dead

The shooting occurred off the coast of Jebel Ali, a city approximately 30 miles from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. A Navy official said the offending vessel was a white pleasure craft, but a UAE official told ABC News it was a fishing boat with four Indians and two Emirates on board. Although officials downplayed any terrorist connection or Iranian contact neither should be ruled out and in any case we should defend ourselves and our assets.

The hope is that Obama can be unseated so that we can defend ourselves and our interests properly. It would be helpful if we could extract our assets and let the neighbors of Iran deal with them directly; at the same time, the Europeans should step up to the plate and defend their own interests.

We should not be dragged into being the policeman for the region while we develop our own natural resources on our own continent.

‘TAKING THE BLACK VOTE FOR GRANTED’: BLACK REVEREND BLASTS OBAMA TO MEGYN KELLY

Reverend William Owens, president of the Coalition of African-American Pastors, told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly Thursday he was “confident” that the president is taking the black vote for granted this time around.

Arabic for slave is interchangeable with "black"

Abd (Arabic: عبد‎) is an Arabic word meaning slave or black (interchangeable) -- one who is totally subordinated; a slave or a servant. Aren't blacks referred to as abid (slave) and abeed (slaves) in Islam?

And, the answer to my question from an Islamist:

"Abd means slave/servant in the Arabic language, the term could refer to a black or white person. However over time alot of Muslims began to us [sic] the term solely for black people irrespective of the person being a slave or not. This is not from Islam, this is the practice of some ignorant Muslims."

The response appears to be a rationalization to me. There are no whites in Muslim majority countries, certainly historically there were not when the Arabic originated; therefore, the Arabic for slave inevitably applies to blacks. In addition, a person is limited by the terms that are available to use and Arabic as a result embeds racism in the predominant term it uses for blacks.

“Obama’s War on Women”

Martin Luther Rolls Over in His Grave: ‘JESUS WAS A MUSLIM’: RELIGION PROFESSOR

Robert F. Shedinger, a professor at Iowa’s Luther College, thinks Jesus was actually…a Muslim. Muslim students are teaching educated Americans how to be dhimmis. The good professor does not want to be trapped by theology but he wants to unite with Muslims along social justice issues. Where exactly are those liberty loving Muslim majority countries now? Saudi Arabia? Iran? Egypt?

According to Shedinger, Islam is a “social justice movement,” not a religion, and since Christ supposedly supported “social justice,” that makes him a Muslim.

Tough Sell for Romney at NAACP When You Tell the Truth

This is painful to watch and the crowd was no more than mildly respectful; there is nothing wrong with a crowd booing a speaker when they disagree, and the crowd did boo at points.

Romney did clinically review the facts that African-Americans are doing more poorly under Obama's failed policies but the crowd was not receptive to that reality. He never really got off the ground since the audience was so dead but he could have given the speech more emphasis anyway. Also, although he touched on traditional marriage he did not hit home that Obama favors gay marriage. Among Christians this point would have hit an audience much harder. In the ranks of the NAACP traditional marriage may not be such a strong selling point.
