Public says America's world leadership has tumbled to 40-year low

For the first time in nearly 40 years, a majority of Americans believe the United States is less important around the world and that it should mind its own business, a stunning rejection of Obama’s foreign policy just four years after he received the Nobel Prize.

A new Pew Research Center poll found that 53 percent of people believe that the U.S. is playing a less important role as a world leader than a decade ago, the highest figure since 1984.

Worse: 70 percent said that the U.S. is respected less than in the past, almost matching the high reached under former President George W. Bush, whose foreign policy Obama pledged to reverse.

IRRC Votes in Favor of Chapter 4 Revisions Despite Outcry from Public

The PA Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) voted 3-2 in favor of the Chapter 4 regulations (adopting Pennsylvania Core Standards aka Common Core) despite public outcry, letters from legislators and comments from school administrators, teachers and staff.

The three yes votes were:
Silvan B. Lutkewitte, III, (R) Chairman
John F. Mizner, Esq. (R)
Lawrence J. Tabas, Esq. (R)

The two no votes were:
George D. Bedwick, Vice Chairman, (D)
Dennis A. Watson, Esq., (D)

You can read the final approval at: IRRC Final Approval.

It is more important than ever for you to continue this battle.  We need to focus our efforts on the following tasks:

1.         Local
Every supporter of local control needs to engage his/her school board and lobby them to write and pass a resolution rescinding Common Core.  You can find an example of a resolution that was recently approved by the Coatesville School Board here on the Stop Common Core in Pa Website:  Coatsville SD Resolution.

2.         Education
Every opponent of Common Core should continue to educate other citizens on what is happening through coffee klatches, school board meetings, soccer games and kitchen tables.

3.         Curriculum
We need to stay attentive to and stay on top of the curriculum and lesson plans in our area schools.  We need to red flag any lesson plan that is questionable.  Most importantly, we need to make sure our children gets the extra support particularly in the math so this will have a minimal effect on them.  You can report any questionable curriculum and lesson plans to the following Facebook page:  Inappropriate Common Core Lessons.  This page is also a great resource in helping you discover where some inappropriate lessons already exist.  We encourage you to become members of this page.

4.       Legislators
We will be distributing a list of the legislators who opposed Common Core and Chapter 4 regulations and actively fought alongside of us.  There will also be a list of legislators who actively supported it despite hundreds, even thousands of pleas to oppose it.  They ignored you, the voter. Finally, there are the legislators who did nothing.  They did nothing despite your constant tireless pleas to help oppose this monster.  All of these legislators will be up for election, including Governor Corbett who had and still has the power to stop Common Core now.

1787 warning about Obama, “Brutus Junior” in Anti-Federalist Paper #38

“I deny that we are in immediate danger of anarchy and commotions. Nothing but the passions of wicked and ambitious men will put us in the least danger on this head. Those who are anxious to precipitate a measure will always tell us that the present is the critical moment; now is the time, the crisis is arrived, and the present minute must be seized. Tyrants have always made use of this plea; but nothing in our circumstances can justify it.”

Muslim Brotherhood Stormtroopers at the University of London, Take Over Lecture Hall

Speaker Mohamed El-Nabawy had to be ushered off stage by security guards when around 30 demonstrators stormed a lecture theatre at Bloomsbury’s School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), which is part of the University of London. They were said to have targeted the public discussion, focusing on the challenges facing Egypt, because of Mr El-Nabawy’s ties to the Tamarod group which opposed ex President Mohammed Morsi. The movement played a key role in the ousting of Muslim Brotherhood-backed Morsi in June this year.

Ian Hunter on Cool Cleveland

After completing the last night of his most recent US tour, Ian Hunter hung out in the green room at The Kent Stage with Cool Cleveland's Thomas Mulready and some of his Cleveland area friends, including Weird & Gilly.

Ian talks frankly about life on the road, the upcoming Mott The Hoople British gigs (including the massive O2 Arena on 11/18), his old friend Buffin, and whether he's writing new material for an up-and-coming Mott The Hoople record, or if it would be more appropriate to record with The Rant Band, his touring outfit featuring bandleaders James Mastro on guitar and Steve Holly on drums, with Andy Burton on keys, Paul Page on bass and Mark Bosch on lead guitar.
The song referred to in the interview is by Nicol Williamson, 'Season Song', and the album wasn't actually released until 1971.

Obamacare Song

Reason’s Remy Munasifi has once again fused comedy, music and politics into a catchy tune that will probably have you laughing and nodding in agreement.

Mocking the White House’s Obamacare video contest, which offered up $30,000 in prizes, Munasifi wrote his own “Obamacare Video Contest Song.”

OBAMA DESTROYING DOLLAR, CHINA to TAKE U.S. LAND for DEBT: Ann Barnhardt

Discussed in this interview:
*Government Shutdown, all "Theater" - (1:45)
*Obamacare to be Defunded? - (14:10)
*Difference Between the Republican and Democrat Parties? - (22:05)
*Events that might Trigger War or Financial Collapse - (33:12)
*Debt Ceiling Raised Till Debt Implodes; China to Take U.S. Land for Debt? - (36:00)

Ann Barnhardt, a convert to traditional Roman Catholicism, originally from the Kansas City area, graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in animal husbandry and agricultural economics and worked for 15 years as a commercial hedge broker, helping farmers and ranchers use the futures and options markets to forward contract and hedge their livestock and grain production, with the final six of those years being at the helm of her own Independent Introducing brokerage, Barnhardt Capital Management. After the MF Global theft she voluntarily shuttered Barnhardt Capital Management knowing that her clients' funds were in a state of clear and present danger of theft on the clearinghouse level with no protection, defense or legal recourse. She publicly declared a federal tax strike shortly thereafter and is now operating as a voice of counter-revolution off the so-called "grid". Ann considers the United States to be formally overthrown and thus legally non-existent, instead replaced by a neo-Stalinist tyranny. Find Ann Barnhardt online: http://Barnhardt.biz
