Handout photo shows a colorful billboard in Grand Junction, Colorado depicting US President Barack Obama as a suicide bomber, a gangster, a Mexican bandit and a gay -- with the ironic slogan "Vote DemocRAT." The law goes on to state: "Judges of election shall enforce the provisions of this Section" which did not happen.
First lady Michelle violated Illinois law--when she engaged in political discussion at a polling place.
She let voters including electrician Dennis Campbell, 56, take some photos.
"She was telling me how important it was to vote to keep her husband's agenda going," Campbell said.
According to a pool reporter from the CHICAGO SUN-TIMES at the scene, the conversation took place INSIDE the voting center, not far from the booths.
A top Ilinois State Board of Elections official reported to the DRUDGE REPORT that Obama--a Harvard-educated lawyer although her records are sealed--may have simply been ignorant of the law and thus violated it unintentionally.
Who does not know these simple rules of the law? Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
"You kind of have to drop the standard for the first lady, right?" the official explained late Thursday. "I mean, she's pretty well liked and probably doesn't know what she's doing."
Who was the official talking about? Michelle or her husband?
Erick Stakelbeck from CBN conducted the interview.

Trevor Loudon has done the yeoman's work in identifying the connection between the radical Left and Obama. Building on this work, the book documentation of the socialist connection has been made by Stanley Kurtz.
In June 2008 the socialist Kurt Stand wrote an essay in prison entitled “Supporting Barack Obama: A Prison-Eye View of the Presidential Campaign“:
As to Obama, I vacillated, knowing of his past activism, but not seeing enough in his Senate record or campaign approach to sufficiently differentiate himself from Edwards or Clinton…
To go back to Obama, nobody knows what he will do, but if he is able to overcome our country’s racism and actually win election we can expect some initial efforts to rein in the excesses of the Bush Administration, some measures to ameliorate the worst conditions which people are experiencing in terms of rights, in terms of insecurity…
It will be up to those who want genuine social justice to build movements that give him the possibility of pushing further; finding out then whether he will or won’t remembering that the key will not be him but us (us defined as those who worked for his election, for social justice activists, the left) and what we do, how we organize. How we use the social solidarity the campaign is developing as the basis of a renewed social solidarity. Will that be enough—no, the structural roots of the wars in Iraq/Afghanistan, of neo-liberal economics, of the authoritarian aspects of our political culture won’t go gently in the night. Only, however, by working in good faith with attempts to improve what is, is it even possible to imagine the building of the necessary, broad-based, independent, radical formations able to press for deeper changes.
In sum, radicals and progressives ought to join those—including those in prison—who have already decided to back Obama, see where the campaign can take us, see what can then be accomplished.
Energy consumption in the world’s most populous nation has doubled in less than a decade, and the International Energy Agency reported in July that China surpassed the U.S. in total energy used in 2009.
China has poured some $20 billion in loans and direct investments into Brazil’s offshore oil exploration and production, for example. And last spring, the Chinese government loaned $20 billion to Venezuela to develop oil fields in its Orinoco River basin, with much of the work awarded to Chinese companies. All this comes on the heels of an Obama-appointed 7 October panel statement which concluded that the Obama administration was slow to ramp up its response to the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, then overreacted as public criticism turned the disaster into a political liability. The staff of a special commission investigating the disaster stated their conclusions in four papers issued by the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling.
Obama benefited his pal George Soros by outsourcing American jobs to Brazil.
Judging from this laudatory review I would imagine the reviewer really was in the audience.

1. Is the U.S. walking away from leading the world in innovation and technology advancement and settling for being high-level consumers of off-shore technology?
2. Will new “green” jobs created through government stimulus help revitalize the nation’s interest in science, engineering and technology? What educational areas do you think may be impacted?
3. If you were appointed Innovation Czar, where would you begin in helping the U.S. regain competitive leadership? What needs to change?

Ever wonder why BP made the concession so quickly?
Take a closer look at the effect on BP's finances for the answer:
1. BP will establish a $20 billion fund, but will pay only $7 billion into it during 2010.
2. BP is a British corporation, but has a very large operating entity in the US.. However, only about 30% of its income is derived from the US.
3. By Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), BP must book the entire $20 billion expense in the year accrued. Therefore, they will book a $20 billion expense in 2010, reducing their US tax liability by $7 billion.
4. Obama also convinced this massive corporation to show their concern for the "small people" by withholding dividends to their shareholders for the last 3 quarters of 2010. This reduces their outward cash flow by about $7.5 billion, including approximately 40% of that amount to US citizens. If the Bush tax cuts survive through 2010, the US Treasury will lose another $450 million in taxes on that amount. No need to even discuss the effect on the US economy.
Now, let's summarize the results into bullet points easily understood by all.
BP Cash Flow:
o Escrow funding ($7 billion)
o Dividend saving $7.5 billion
o Tax savings $7 billion
o Net favorable cash flow: $7.5 billion
US Treasury Tax Receipts:
o from BP Corporate income tax.... minus $7.5 billion
o from BP Shareholders' income tax ..... minus $0.45 billion
o Net loss of US dividend income tax receipts ..... minus $3.0 billiono Total tax receipts loss: $10.95 billion.Did Obama "Kick Ass", or did he get "Sucker Punched"? Or, is this another 'back room deal' Obama negotiated which will ultimately get him a huge financial 'plum'? Should Obama be negotiating anything dealing with money and finances at all?Bottom line: The $20 Billion BP is putting up will create a $7.5 Billion positive cash flow for BP this year and a $10.95 billion loss to the US Treasury.
In reality, BP executives are laughing at him and kicked his ass. He is in over his head when he starts dealing with savvy business people.

A tax on toilet paper; I kid you not. According to the sponsor, "the Water Protection and Reinvestment Act will be financed broadly by small fees on such things as . . . products disposed of in waste water." Congress wants to tax what you do in the privacy of your bathroom.
