Lauren DiGioia of Occupy Wall Street talks about the 26 hours she spent in police custody for protesting the NDAA at Grand Central Station. The NDAA, recently signed into law by Obama on New Year's Eve, allows for the infinite detention without trial of American citizens.
This was "filmed" at an event called "Occupy the Lens" on January 6 near Michael Bloomberg's mansion on the Upper East Side. "Occupy the Lens" was organized to protest the NYPD's repression of the press around Occupy Wall Street.
