M.C. Bosch was best man for Steve Rosenfield (interviewed by Richard Solomon), a reference to one of the co-authors, Steve Rosenfield. In any case, a phrase at the end of Ian's song says: "Eppie's cool," a reference to the other co-author. Ian's quote is on the dust jacket however, the book was printed before he actually had Ian's permission. Now he does.
